About Tracey Holland Reflexology
A practice for women who value on-going regular self-care
Tracey Holland Reflexology is a calm, women-only practice offering hands-on reflexology and natural face lifting treatments. This work is designed to be received as ongoing care rather than a one-off experience.
Many of my clients attend regularly as part of their long-term wellbeing, supporting their nervous system, hormonal balance, stress levels and overall vitality.
To maintain the quality of care and protect the integrity of the work, I keep my client numbers intentionally limited and prioritise regular clients within my available weekday hours (Monday to Friday, 11am–6pm).
About my studio
Located in the suburb of Camp Hill in Brisbane, my studio is conveniently situated directly across the road from a beautiful park. Tucked away in a quiet residential area, my treatment room offers a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Surrounded by a peaceful environment, you’ll immediately feel at ease as soon as you step inside my studio - the perfect place to restore balance to your mind, body, and soul.
About me
I have dedicated over 20 years of my career to reflexology and beauty therapy. Since 2012, my passion for Holistic Face Lifting and Reflexology wellness treatments has evolved and influenced my practice. I integrate hands-on healing into my treatments, a gift passed down to me by my Māori ancestors who were traditional Māori healers. During my facial and foot treatments, I use touch to transfer healing energy and facilitate a state of holistic wellness for my clients.
